The Email Contact defaults to the name and email of the Zoom account used to create the meeting. Select Email Settings to review the contact information and confirmation email that approved registrants will receive. To change the default or create custom questions for your registrants, see the Customizing Registration Questions section below. If you make any changes to the Registration pop-up menu, select Save All. This allows attendees to join by computer for video and dial-in by phone for audio. We recommend making sure Allow attendees to join from multiple devices is checked. You must approve or deny registration for each individual registrant before the meeting begins (see Managing Registrants below). Manually Approve allows you to screen registrants before they get access to the meeting link. You can cancel registration for automatic approvals at any point before the meeting begins (see Managing Registrants below). This means anyone who registers for your meeting will receive a confirmation email with the meeting link as soon as they register. Zoom defaults to Automatically Approve registrants. Make sure Registration is highlighted and underlined in blue, then select Edit to open the Registration Options pop-up window. Under the Edit this Meeting and Start this Meeting buttons, there are three tabs related to registration, labeled Registration, Email Settings, and Branding. Scroll down to the bottom of the meeting summary page. Where there would traditionally be a one-click meeting link, there will instead be a registration link. The page will reload and show you the meeting summary screen. Check the box for Required in the registration field.įinish setting up your meeting, if necessary, then select Save. The box to require registration is under the date, time, duration, and recurrence section. If you are adding registration to an existing meeting, select the meeting you want to protect and then select Edit this Meeting. If you are scheduling a new meeting, select Schedule a Meeting. You must enable registration through the web browser version of Zoom, as the desktop and mobile apps do not provide this option. Go to and sign in with your Smith account.
